The most important requirement for a silencer in hunting applications is the most effective possible damping of muzzle noise to protect the hearing of humans and dogs.
We developed our ERA®SILENCER with the goal of achieving the best possible damping in a compact design and with the lowest possible weight – while still being fully Magnum-capable and having a long service life.

Please note:
ERA® SILENCER silencers are designed for hunting in the field, not for rapid-fire shooting, such as in a shooting simulator. After a maximum of 10 shots, the silencer must be allowed to cool sufficiently to be handled with bare hands! This does not apply to our SOB 2S hybrid silencer. Its core and baffles are made of high-grade stainless steel. This makes the silencer extremely durable and suitable for shooting simulators.

Muffler cleaning
After each use, silencers, regardless of design and material, should be removed from the firearm and thoroughly aired and dried, even if no shot was fired. Condensation and corrosive propellant residue can quickly lead to corrosion inside the silencer, in the barrel, and especially at the muzzle threads, which can damage both the silencer and the firearm.
No more endless screwing
All ERA®SILENCERS are also compatible with our
ERA®LOC quick-release fastener available or retrofittable.
Existing ERA® Silencers can easily be retrofitted. For this, you will need our ERA®LOC adapter set, consisting of a barrel and silencer threaded bushing with mounting knob and the necessary mounting tool.
